Nhung Kien Clark (Kien Thi Nhung)'s Obituary
On Tuesday, January 28th, 2020, Nhung Kien Clark, loving wife and mother of three children, passed away at age 79 in San Leandro, California.
Nhung was born on July 2nd, 1940 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, and was raised in Vietnam by her maternal grandmother. Nhung met Rufus Clark, an American soldier serving in the Vietnam War. They were married in Bien Hoa, Vietnam. They moved to the United States in December of 1974 because of the war between North and South Vietnam. They settled in Hayward, California while Rufus obtained his M.B.A. from Cal State Hayward.
She is survived by her husband Rufus, her three children, Lynda, John and Ruby, their spouses Isidro, Elvia and David, her grandchildren Alonzo, Alejandro, Demetrius, Victoria, Jonathan, David and Jared.
