It is with great sadness that we regret to announce the passing of Neal James Fragus, 73. Neal was a longtime resident of Hayward, CA. He was born on February 18, 1950 in California to James and Barbara Fragus. He passed away on A Read Obituary
I worked with Neal at Newark Junior High for seven years. He was a good guy with a kind heart. When I left to be principal in another city he was the only NJHS teacher who came to visit. He gave me this stein as a gift I’ll always cherish. God bless you Neal.
