In MemoriamNatividad Ramos Masana June 13, 1936 — July 18, 2019Naty Masana was born and raised in Sampaloc, Manila Philippines. She was preceded in death by her parents Juan and Querina Ramos and her siblings Fermin, Ernesto, Josefa, Leticia, Zenaida, Feliciano, Aurora and husband Ricardo.Naty went to school and completed Pre-Dental at the University of the East, Manila, Philippines. She was married to Ricardo Masana on January 6, 1963 and had five children, Susan, Verwyn, Rina, Ariel and Nathaniel. They lived in Paco, Project 4 Quezon City and Cogeo, Philippines. They migrated to USA on November 6, 1986 and lived in Oakland, San Lorenzo and San Leandro, California.In the Philippines, she worked at the Department of Education (DepEd), for more than 30 years. In the US, she worked until the age of 65 and retired at LSG Sky Chefs in Oakland, California.Naty made sure her family had food on the table throughout her life and she was a very good cook. She loved to watch Filipino TV shows, reading newspaper and playing slot machines at the casino. She enjoyed shopping at local farmer’s market.Naty was a loving person, family oriented and humble. She was kind, smart, friendly and very hospitable. She was religious and had a strong faith and belief. She loved and enjoyed taking care of her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She loved her son, daughter, brother and sister in laws. Even in the last few hours she kept saying” Mahal ko kayong lahat” (I love you all!).She died peacefully surrounded by her children and loved ones. She is now at Peace and in the hands of God, joining her parents, husband and relatives who are ahead of us in heaven.
