Born in Oakland CA to Jesus & Carmen Salazar. She passed away at home peacefully with family by her side at the age 91. She was a loving Grandma to 16, Great Grandma to 18 & Great Great Grandma to 1. Every morning she would drink her coffee and do her crossword puzzle. She enjoyed going to the casinos and bingo. She loved ordering from QVC and Publishers Clearing House even if she didn't need something she bought it. She enjoyed her TV shows General Hospital, One Life To Live & Family Feud. She was a die hard Oakland A's fan. She survived by her children Robert, David, Geraldine, Marty, Gregory, Liana & Arthur. Preceded in death by her loving husband of 70 yrs Ernest L. Basurto & children Ernest Jr, Melvin & Denise.
