Myra M. Foster's Obituary
Myra Marie Foster passed away peacefully at home on January 31, 2004. A 55 year resident of Castro Valley, California, Myra was born in Appleton, Minnesota on February 20, 1922.Myra was the beloved wife of Herbert C. Foster for 48 years. She was the devoted mother of sons John and Daniel Woodward; stepson Steven Foster and daughters-in-law Christine and Brenda. Myra was the proud grandmother of Eric, Kenneth, Nathaniel and Sean; and great-grandmother of Mason, Austin and Victoria.Myra will be remembered for her love and devotion to family and friends and for her wonderful sense of humor. She was a homemaker extraordinaire who loved to cook for family and guests and share coffee with friends and neighbors. She loved her home and garden. Myra enjoyed traveling but was always glad to return home to her cats and a decent cup of coffee.
