Mukhtiar Kaur was a resident of Hayward, she was born on May 28th, 1937, in India to parents Jamial Singh and Bischan Kaur. She passed away on June 5, 2023, in Hayward CA. She will be truly missed by her family and friends; we ask that you please keep them in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
