MOTOMU MOE NEISHI's Obituary
Motomu Moe Neishi November 26, 1933 – October 26, 2014Motomu Moe Neishi was born in Oakland. He was interned with his family at Topaz, Utah, and served in the U.S. Army stationed in Korea. Moe attended Castlemont High School and the University of California. He was one of the owners of Neishi Brothers’ Nursery in Oakland. After his retirement, he lived in South Lake Tahoe and at Baywood Court in Castro Valley. Moe was an active member of the Buddhist Church of Oakland. He is survived by his sisters-in-law Setsuko Furuta and Alice Neishi. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and their families. He was preceded in death by his older brothers Torao (Peggy), Hiroshi (Michiko), Hideso (Julia) and Mitsugi, and older sister Masako.A memorial service will be held at the Buddhist Church of Oakland, 825 Jackson St., on Saturday, November 15 at 12 Noon.
