It is with great sadness to Announce the passing of Modesto Francisco who was born in the Philippines on October 29th, 1982. Francisco married Aurora Francisco on February 25th, 1963. He worked as a banker for Union Bank. Francisco passed away on February 28th, 2020, he will be missed dearly by family and friends.
