Mira was so delightful and gracious to be with. I laugh when I think of one the wit Mira showed in one of our conversations. Chrissy had signed up for a French television station for Mira to watch and, over time, I noticed that Mira was losing her English skills. I mentioned to Mira that I wanted her to still keep up speaking in English so we could continue to communicate. Her reply was, “No, you need to take up speaking French”. She was so right! The Balouny family are all deliciously skilled in the kitchen and we shared many wonderful meals together and interesting, informative conversation. I will miss Mira so much – like a second Mom. There is a lovely picture of Mira holding baby Ruby and it was a blessing that Jenni and Tony brought Mira that joy and sweetness the family will always remember. My admiration and great respect to Chrissy and Lisette for their faithful and loving care of Mira.
