To the Whitney Family, Our hearts go out to the Whitney family and to Harold. Mini was our friend in Tai Chi Chih class and every week, rain or shine, Mini would come to class to meditate with the group. We just heard the news in late February that Mini has made her final transition into the arms of our loving God. Today in class, we dedicated the hour meditation to the sweet memory of Mini. She was a treasure. So sincere, so desiring to be a loving person to everyone she met, everyone she knew. May her spirit be received into Heaven where she will be surrounded with love. Minnie was a wonderful and genuine person! I met her at the library as so many other people have. She made my time in the library so much more personal. She was a highlight of my library visits. She loved to sing with her choir and serve the community in so many ways. I hope you find comfort in your memories of her. I will miss her.

I always enjoyed the time I spent visiting with Minnie. She was a gentle and thoughtful person and it was easy to see that she loved Harold and her sons very much. She made the world a better place. Bob Peterson
for a very long. long time, i have been in search of “minnie”, as we were not only seatmates but best friends high school days in manila…it hurts a lot not to be able to reconnect with her..i refuse to feel she has left and will be gone forever..this, despite the decades that passed and the distance that separated us..i have had to accept, she chose to be incommunicado from the rest of us (her high school friends), when i heard news that somehow she lives near one of our batchmates…you have always been in my heart and mind, more so, these past few days..perhaps, you were in touch somehow with me spiritually..to the family she left, my sincerest condolences and extend wholeheartedly my prayers for your solace and comfort..good-bye my friend, i will always miss you!!
