It is with great sadness that we regretfully announce the passing of Milagros Arboleda Abiera. Mrs. Abiera was born July 14, 1933 in the Philippines, and passed on Tuesday, September 27, 2022 in Hayward, California at the age of 89. Services will be held at Chapel of the Chimes Funeral home.
