Michael Conrad Murphy's Obituary
Michael Conrad Murphy, age 33 of San Leandro, California, son of Steven and Cathy Murphy and brother of Windy Taylor and Stephanie Murphy, died Friday, July 21, 2017. He was born in Vallejo, California at Kaiser Medical Center. Michael was currently studying Chemical Engineering and loved to construct and build Lamborghini Diablos. He was also in the process of making a body mold for a Lamborghini Aventador and hoped to construct more as time passed. He held positions at the school district for numerous custodian roles and was a dedicated and loyal worker. He loved all outdoor activities and was an exceptional runner and hiker. Some of the places he loved to hike the most were Lake Chabot, Rodeo Beach, Mt. Diablo National Park and Mission Peak. He was beloved by all that met him with his loving character and the ability to bring people together. He was highly competitive and loved to play all board games. He was “extremely competitive” in games but made a name for himself in his ability to cause laughter over this trait. He was hardworking, selfless, and always went above and beyond normal human abilities. He will be greatly missed forever by all the people whose lives he touched and his memory will never be forgotten. “It’s not the things we have, the money we make, the photos we take or the popularity we gain that defines us. It’s the unforgettable marks we make on others hearts and lives that will cause us to bloom. Its leaving people a little bit better off that matters”.
