In Loving Memory Of Merlita Solijon Born March 7, 1961 Died September 9,2019Merlita was a kind and loving woman, a dedicated wife who had two sons- Albert Solijon De Guzman and Renante Solijon De Guzman. She is survived by her son Renante, as well as by six grandchildren.Merlita was born in the Philippines, and settled in the Manila area with her family. She came to the United States in the late 1980’s to work as a baker. She lived the later part of her life with her sister, Eda Oliva, in Hayward. A memorial service for Merlita will be held Thursday, September 26 2019, at 11AM at the Chapel Of The Chimes, 32992 Mission Blvd, Hayward, CA 94544. A reception will be held after the service at Newark Buffet, 35201 Newark Blvd, Newark CA. Tel 510 818-1136.
