MAYNARD WAYNE JENNINGS, 89 entered into rest on Sunday, May 19, 2002 at his home in Dayton, Nevada. He was born on February 23, 1913 in White Lake, South Dakota. He was a resident of Dayton, Nevada for the past six years and a prior resident of Hayward, California for 47 years. He was an active member of Mt. Eden Presbyterian Church of Hayward for 30 years; he held many church offices and served as an Elder in the church. He owned and operated a local grocery store in Hayward, California for 47 years before retiring. He loved square dancing and bowling. He is survived by his beloved wife of 65 years, Ruth "Judy" Jennings of Dayton, Nevada. His loving daughter, Sandra Filippini of Hayward, California, also survives him. He was a loving grandfather to his granddaughter, Lenay Foster of Escalon, California. His two brothers, Lewis Floyd and Dale Blaine Jennings, preceded him in death.Family and Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service on Thursday, May 23, 2002 at 11:00 a.m. at Mt.
