Maximilian Francisco Carranza's Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Maximilian Francisco Carranza, 66.
Maximilian was born on December 16, 1956 in Oakland, CA to John and Gloria Carranza.
He is survived by his brothers-Luis, John Jr and Marcus Carranza and sister Rachel Carranza.
Max was a caring, responsible and loving brother; always available to help his family out.
Max loved music; he would be responsible for playing music at family gatherings; music from all types-Mexican, disco, R&B and his favorites were oldies from the 50-60's. For a brief period he was a DJ(Night Craft).
Max also loved watching reruns of comedy shows; Laverne and Shirley, Carol Burnette MASH, Star Trek-the original series and some of the newer shows.
Max had a hidden talent, although he did not share this with his family; he enjoyed singing and took classes at Laney College.
