Maureen Joan Radabaugh's Obituary
Maureen Joan (Smith) Radabaugh graduated from this earthly life on April 9th, 2018, she was 79 years young. Maureen and her twin sister Marlene were born in Oakland, CA to Fredrick and Mildred Smith in Sept. 1938. They grew up in Castro Valley, CA along with their brother Darrel. Maureen and Marlene were known as the “M & M Twins” throughout their school years and graduated from Hayward High School. Throughout their lives the twins were very close and were always just a phone call away. Maureen joins her parents, brother and twin sister who preceded her in death. She is survived by sons Robert, Fred and Gene, 23 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren, whose photos cover every wall of her home. The family wishes to extend their gratitude to the LDS Church, the LDS Relief Society, Chapel of the Chimes and family and friends for their support to Maureen. A viewing will be held on the 23rd of April from 5:00-9:00pm and the funeral service will be held on the 24th of April at 10:00am in the Mission Chapel at Chapel of the Chimes Cemetery, 32992 Mission Blvd., Hayward CA. A graveside ceremony and site blessing will be held for the immediate family afterwards. Friends and family are invited to a memorial gathering at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Hayward 4th Ward, 26101 Gading Road, Hayward, CA, from 12:00-3:00pm.
