Mary Carrie Rodrigues at age 77, passed away October 28, 2018 at her home in Hayward CA, She was Married to the love of her life Frank B Rodrigues.Mary is survived by two sons, Paul J. Rodrigues and Raymond W. Rodrigues, Five Grandchildren Roxanne Marie Burgos, Justin Rodrigues & Adrienne Carter Cherise Rodrigues, Frankie Rodrigues, Rae Dawn & Jose Duran, and a Great Grandson Brenden Duran, one sister Josephine & Larry Hamaker, one brother Leo Vigil.Mary worked as a Fabricator at Ronrad in Oakland Ca. She was a fantastic cook and had a great sense humor. She loved watching her mexican shows and going shopping. She will be missed by her loved ones.My grandma was like a mother to me who taught me a lot of life lessons and would kick me in the butt if she seen me going down the wrong path.I remember when I told her I was pregnant she told me that it’s too late now. I told her it wasn’t that, it was that I was scared I couldn’t raise him by myself. She looked at me and told me, we will do this together. Her and my husband Jose would joke around like two little kids. She always made sure she had lipstick on before he got home. I will always love my granny and hold her dear to my heart, she will be missed and loved for who she was.Love youYour Granddaughter Rae DawnMy grandma has taught me things, shown me love and respect. Her personality was crazy but what grandchild wouldn’t want to have acrazy grandma haha. The adventures we took together. The laughter we shared She was there when I needed a shoulder to cry on. She was there to cheer me up. Always telling me story’s and showing me new way to cook.
