Mary Ellen Peterson a Tilst, Denmark resident entered into rest Friday, June 21, 2002 in Tilst, Denmark. Born in Treasureton, Idaho on November 12, 1912, she was 89 years of age. A former resident of Hayward for 40 years. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints- 4th ward in Hayward for many years. Loving mother of Connie Carstens of Tilst, Denmark. Devoted grandmother of six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Visitation will be held Thursday, July 11, 2002 from 5:30-8:30 p.m. at Chapel of the Chimes in Hayward. Friends are welcome to attend a Funeral service Friday, July 12, 2002 at 2:00 p.m. in the Reflection Chapel at Chapel of the Chimes Funeral Home. Interment to follow in Chapel of the Chimes Memorial Park.'Service of Marked Distinction'
