June 25, 1938 – May 21, 2008 Resident of Castro Valley Mary Josephine Dalberti, 97, of Mesquite, NV and formerly of Castro Valley, California, died peacefully at home in Mesquite, May 21, 2008. She was born June 28, 1910 in Kukuihaile, Hawaii to Frank and Josephine Cunha Botelho. She married George Frederick Dalberti, June 25, 1938 in Alameda, California. Mary worked for the telephone company for 37 years, and enjoyed many years of retirement with George, married 62 years. She is survived by her children, Lawrence George (Kathy) Dalberti, of BC Canada and Steven Frank (Sue) Dalberti, of Mesquite, NV; grandchildren: Wendy Dalberti of Martinez, CA, Steve Dalberti of Reno, NV, Lisa Thiele of Phoenix, AZ, Michael Dalberti of St. George, UT and Caitlin Dalberti of Mesquite, NV; great-grandchildren: Dalton Brewer of Brea,CA, Colton and Branson Thiele of Phoenix, AZ, and Maddisen Dalberti of Mesquite, NV. Mary was preceded in death by her parents, husband, George and sister, Helen Botelho. Funeral services and interment will be held in The Chapel of the Chimes Memorial Park, Hayward, CA. “Mission Chapel”, Wednesday, May 28th, 10:00am.
