Mario Macalinao's Obituary
Mario Macalinao , 62, died after a long struggle with cancer on Wednesday,April 12, 2017 in Union City, CA. He was born on April 26, 1955 to Antonioand Dolores Macalinao. Mario was kind and caring person. He helped manypeople, even those he hardly knew. He was very good at cooking, sewing, barbering, Carpentry and fixing things. Mario was very handy. Mario was a very kind hearted person, has many friends and was liked and loved by all those he was close to. He had a passion for playing darts, his daughter Peewee, and having good times with all those who were fortunate enough to spend time with him. He was close to his nephew Mikey, loved the family, and was one of those persons who never really asked much and had little expectations from others. But yet, he was always there for others in their time of need. He believed very strongly in not being a burden on anyone and even in his last weeks of feeling under the weather and in pain, he would always say he was doing okay so others would not worry so much about him. He was a good father, brother, uncle and friend. Mario is survived by his daughter, Peewee and sisters, Lourdes and Luisa and brother Jose. He will be missed dearly.
