Marian V. Pine's Obituary
Marian V. Pine, 92, was born in Iowa on May 28, 1925 to Ernest and Violet Showers and was the oldest of 7 children. Marian passed away peacefully on January 17, 2018 in Pleasanton, CA. Marian loved entertaining, family gatherings and working in her yard. She is survived by her 3 children and their spouses, Denny (Ingrid), Roianne (Chris) and Ron (Patty), 10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren as well as three siblings, Darlene, Anna and Jerry. She was preceded in death by her husband Roy, her step daughter Maxine and siblings Verla, Eldon and Lillian. She truly will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Services will be held at Chapel of the Chimes in Hayward, CA with a visitation Sunday January 28, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and the funeral service will be Monday January 29, 2018 at 10:00 a.m.
