Marcos Jose Diaz's Obituary
Marcos Jose Diaz May 31, 1985 – April 10, 2009 Resident of Fremont Marcos Diaz May 31, 1985 – April 10, 2009 Born in Quetzaltenango, Guatemala. After a fierce and courageous battle with Leukemia, the gates of heaven opened up their doors for our beloved Marcos, a.k.a., Marqui, and he went home to be with the Lord on Good Friday, April 10th. An extraordinary young man, whose appetite for life was never ending will be missed tremendously. His funny, goofy faces, pranks on others and humor for life will always be remembered. His relationship with the Lord started at a young age and carried on through his life being active as a youth leader in Holy Spirit Catholic Church. Marcos never missed a beat in his life; from his first passion of snowboarding to surfing, riding horses and traveling. He always pushed himself to do the best from excelling in computers, to his catholic faith, to his job, to his love for his family and friends. Marcos lives on through his loving wife Sylvia, his puppy dog girl Lila, as well as his adoring parents Julio and Maria, devoted siblings sister Andrea and brothers Julito and Xavier, niece Vanderlie, Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and many, many Friends. Marcos is our eternal angel whose life was predestined for greatness. We have lost our brother on earth, but gained a Saint in the heavens. We love you Marqui!!
