Marcelo Q. Gonzales a Hayward, California resident entered into rest Tuesday, February 11, 2003 in Hayward, California. Born in the Philippines on September 5, 1954, he was 48 years of age. Marcelo enjoyed going fishing. He was a member of Bagae Association and Larthrop family Association. He was Hotel maintenance, Environmental Service and Electrician. He graduated from St. Catherine Catholic School.Dearly beloved husband of Marites Gonzales for 21 years. Loving father of Maryanne Gonzales and Marc Gonzales of Hayward, California. Wonderful son of Margarita Gonzales of Oxnard, California. His father Gregorio Gonzales preceded him in death.Visitation will be held Sunday, February 16, 2003 from 5:00-8:30 p.m. and Tuesday, February 18, 2003 from 5:00-8:30 p.m. with a Vigil service at 7:00 p.m. at Chapel of the Chimes in Hayward. Friends are welcome to attend a Funeral Mass Wednesday, February 19, 2003 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Bede Catholic Church, 26950 Patrick Ave., Hayward, CA.
