MARCELLINO "MARK" ALLEN CASADO's Obituary
Mark Casado passed away surrounded by his family. He was born on June 28, 1937 in Oakland, California. He is survived by his wife of 60 years Sylvia Casado. He leaves behind his daughters Synthia De La Rosa (Joe), Sharon Villalobos (Henry) and son Mark Casado. He has 9 Grandchildren and 18 Great-Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents Jose and Antonia Casado, two sisters and his brothers Sal, Joseph and Steve Casado. He worked for Friden’s in San Leandro and The City of Fremont. He retired to Corvallis, Oregon and also lived in Lodi and Arnold, California. He loved fishing, hunting, camping/backpacking and was a skilled archer and craftsman. He built beautiful wood lamps, clocks and designed jewelry. He played men’s softball for Friden’s and coached for the Union City Girls’ Softball League. Services will be held at Chapel of the Chimes in Hayward on Sunday, May 20, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. with a reception following at the Continental Mobile Park, 28606 Huntwood Avenue, Hayward, California.
