Manuel M. Azevedo, Jr. a Fremont, California resident entered into rest Sunday, September 15, 2002 in Fremont. Born in New Bedford, Massachusetts on May 19, 1940, he was 62 years of age. Manuel loved to go camping. Dedicated father and loved his grandchildren. He was very active member of the Fremont Elks Lodge #2121 and member of Tracy Wildlife Association. He enjoyed baseball and football. Dearly beloved husband of Donna Azevedo for 42 ? years. Loving father of Mark Azevedo of Tracy and Manuel Azevedo III of Pleasanton. Devoted grandfather of five grandchildren. His sister Virginia Pedrosa of Hayward preceded him in death. Friends are welcome to attend a memorial service Thursday, September 19, 2002 at 6:00 p.m. in the Reflection Chapel at Chapel of the Chimes Funeral Home. "Service of Marked Distinction"
