Manuel Ambrosio's Obituary
Manuel Ambrosio, a resident of San Leandro for 52 years entered into rest in San Leandro on Tuesday, June 16, 2020. Born in New Bedford, Massachusetts on September 10, 1931, he was 88 years old.
Manny met his wife, Reine, in 1946 and they were married in 1954. They moved to California in 1960 and started a business together in 1964 called M. A. R.’ S (Manny and Reine’s) Engineering Co. Inc. He retired in 1996. Manny enjoyed traveling, singing, dancing, and making special memories with family and friends. He had a generous spirit and loved serving others.
He is survived by his loving children: Debra Chiapetto of Colorado Springs, CO, Jane Larrieu of San Leandro, CA, Manny Ambrosio of Pleasanton, CA and Julie Moore of Frisco, TX. Devoted grandfather of Sarah, Ryan, Shae’l, Jordan, Jared, JonLuc, Jada, Moriah, and Asa. Great grandfather of Rebecca, Michael, Evan, Jake, Nora, Delilah, and Leighton. Great-great grandfather of Noah and Jackson.
