LUANNE MARIE NANDWANA's Obituary
LUANNE NANDWANA, 72Luanne Marie Nandwana, 72, of Castro Valley, died at 8:35 AM on Tuesday, August 18, 2015 at home. She was born on August 19, 1942 in Marshfield, Wisconsin, to Reynold and Helen Syth.Luanne left Wisconsin after finishing nursing school at St. Joseph’s School of Nursing in Marshfield. She met her husband, Dilip Nandwana, in Burbank, California, who survives her. She was a long time resident of Castro Valley, where she worked at Eden Medical Center as a case manager. Indeed, she was quite a pillar of the community, having taken part in much community involvement, and many heartfelt friendships.She loved to sing and eat popcorn, but most importantly loved to help people heal from any and every illness that came their way. Luanne is survived by her sister Colleen Adler, and three brothers Dennis, Kevin and Kent in Wisconsin. Her three children, Ravi Nandwana, Raju Nandwana with spouse Toni, and Deena Lin with spouse Jack. And three loving grandchildren, Liara (Jemmi) Nandwana, Miles Lin, and Asha Lin.The funeral service will be at 10:00 AM on Saturday, August 22, 2015, at the reflection chapel of the Chapel of the Chimes in Hayward.Memorial contributions can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association and Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation.
