Louis Frank Ragusano's Obituary
It is with great sadness that the family of Louis Ragusano announces his passing on June 19, 2018, in Sonora, CA, at the age of 87. Lou will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 65 years, Karin Ragusano; his children: Kathleen, Teresa, Richard & his wife Donna, and Nancy & her husband Ken; and his 9 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister, Frances Brown, and his brother, George Ragusano and his wife Irene. After a career in the banking industry, he retired to Sonora, CA, in 1979 and happily lived on the Karlou Ranch, his 10-acre property, and spent his time playing golf, bowling, and enjoying the country life. He will be greatly missed by many good friends from the Italian Club and within his golfing community in Sonora. A Memorial Service will be held at Chapel of the Chimes in Hayward, CA, on Saturday, July 7th, at 11:30 am. A reception will follow the Memorial service and burial at the home of Lou’s beloved sister-in-law Merla Alves at 4858 Northdale Drive, Fremont, CA. All family and friends are welcome to attend both the service and the reception. Flowers can be sent to Chapel of the Chimes, 32992 Mission Blvd, Hayward, CA 94544.
