Lorna Moore Coulter's Obituary
LORNA DENISE MOORE-COULTER October 4, 1957 – February 3, 2008 After a long courageous fight with diabetes and its complications. Lorna was called home on February 3, 2008. Lorna was born in Oakland California, to her parents Cloteal and Cezear Moore, and spent all of her life growing up in Hayward, California. She graduated from Hayward High School in 1976. She had two daughters, her eldest Ne’Cole Moore-Clark and Ne’Tasha Lealaimatafao. On February 7, 1986, she married Arthur Coulter. She worked for Sears for 10 years, before joining the City of Hayward as a record clerk/secretary; she retired from the City of Hayward Police Department. Lorna will be remembered as an unwaverable spirit. Her will to live surpassed any imaginable person. Through sickness you could still see a smile on her face and she will be remembered by many for her strong character and love of life. Karate was one of her passions; she became a black belt at USA Karate in Hayward. She is loved and cherished by her husband and both of her daughters, family and friends. Lorna in 2005 lost her beloved sister Angela Moore-Webb. Lorna is survived by husband Arthur Coulter, daughters Ne’Cole and Ne’Tasha, grandson Deondrey Walker Jr., parents Cezear and Cloteal Moore, Brother Reginald Moore, brother in law Lee Webb, family and a host of friends. A viewing will be held Saturday, February 9th from 10am – 12pm at Chapel of the Chimes 32992 Mission Blvd. Hayward, CA.94544 and following a memorial tribute will be from 11:30am – 2:30pm at Southgate Recreational Center 26780 Chiplay & Sleepy Hollow Hayward, CA. 94545.
