Lorenzo Santana's Obituary
Lorenzo L. Santana, age 71, died early Sunday morning, June 4, 2017 surrounded by his family. Born August 10, 1945, in Ayutla, Jalisco, Mexico. He was the son of the late Heriberto Santana and Refugio Lomeli.Lorenzo was the owner and operator of Santana’s Furniture Refinishing in Oakland, CA for more than 25 years. He enjoyed watching soccer in his spare time and loved traveling to his home town of Ayutla to visit family. Some of his favorite times were spending time with his grandchildren, and he always looked forward to going out to eat with his family on the weekends. He was a great father, husband, grandfather and friend. He will be dearly missed and will forever be in our hearts.He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Guillermina Santana; along with two children; Eddie and Mayra Santana; three Grandchildren; Vincent Lorenzo Santana, Daniel Christopher Santana, and Anthony Santana, and daughter-in-law Yvette Santana.Viewing services for Lorenzo L. Santana will be held at 5:00 pm, Sunday, June 11, 2017 at Chapel of the Chimes on 32992 Mission Blvd. Hayward, CA 94544. Funeral services will be held Monday, June 12, 2017 at St Joachims Catholic Church on 21250 Hesperian Blvd, Hayward, CA 94541. Followed by burial services at Chapel of the Chimes.
