I miss you grandma!
Some of my most favorite memories with you were spent in a really fancy restaurant called Chilis. We would go after school and you & mom would order your presidentes. & you would order a house salad with blue cheese dressing on the side. We always had the best time. You were the type of funny that could make me laugh till I cried. I think we even got to the point where we said no more speaking for the rest of lunch for how uncontrolled our laughter was in a chilis bar. Grandma was naturally funny, witty & beautiful. all of those at the same time. Anytime we would leave the house you would have the cutest outfit on and look SO put together. Grandma had lovely taste.
You were all of our biggest fans. There was no doubt that grandma thought the world of all of us. She made sure to tell us every day. From our cooking to our beauty & our cute booties, she never forgot to remind us that she loved all the parts that make us who we are. I miss you so much and think about you every day. Anytime I see a lady bug or hear “OMG” by usher, I’ll think of you. It makes me sad that I don’t think I ever got to drink a chilis presidente margarita with you & mom. But I’ll have to order them from here on out, in honor of you. I love you. Thank you for being an amazing grandma, friend & biggest fan to all of us.
