Ligaya C. Romero's Obituary
It is with great sadness that we regretfully announce the passing of Ligaya C. Romero. Ligaya was born on April 24, 1933 in the Philippines and passed on August 16, 2022 at home in Union City, California at the age of 89. Services will be held at Chapel of the Chimes Memorial Park and Funeral home in Hayward, California prior to burial at Chapel of the Chimes.
