LEROY F. SILVA's Obituary
Leroy F. Silva age 84 of Hayward CA passed away on Friday February 07, 2014. Leroy was a loving husband to his wife Emma for 58 years and they raised two children. Leroy retired in 1979 after driving a truck for the Carnation Company for 23 years. After retirement Leroy enjoyed restoring classic cars, bowling, playing cards, telling jokes. He was also quite the handyman and craftsman. Leroy will be deeply missed by his family and all who knew him. Leroy is survived by his wife Emma Silva, daughter Deborah Moore, and son John (Nancy) Silva, and four grandchildren Jessica Rush, Steven Rush, Emily Silva, Megan Silva and his doggy Shadow. A memorial service will be held on Saturday March 22, 2014 at 1:00 pm. Chapel of the Chimes Hayward, CA. In lieu of flowers please send donations to cancer research.
