Leah Sabasa Lostica's Obituary
Leah Sabasa Lostica passed away on November 30th 2019, at the age of 85 years old. She was born in the Philippines on November 15th, 1934. Leah graduated from University of Santo Tomas and received a Bachelor of Education with a major in English and a minor in History. Leah was married to Ernesto Lostica in 1959. She was an english teacher at Quirino High School in the Philippines before moving to the United States in 1983. She was a member of the Guadalupe Club of California. Leah had a passion for teaching and learning. She cared deeply for her family and all of her loved ones. In her spare time, she enjoyed discussing politics and watching CNN.She is survived by her five children: Lino, Marian, John, Noel, and Loraine. Her eleven grandchildren: Louie, John, Noel Jr., Samantha, Aaron, Kristen, Marie, Christian, Daniel, Kyle, and Abigail. And her three great-grandchildren: Lucas, Amare, and Camila.Her viewing arrangements will be Monday December 9th and Tuesday December 10th from 5PM to 9PM. Her burial will be on Wednesday December 11th from 10AM to 12PM. All services will be held at Chapel of the Chimes in Hayward, CA.
