Thiet Thi Le (Lê Thị Thiệt), age 79, resident of Milpitas and Fremont, passed away with her family nearby, early Friday morning, September 22, 2017. Born in 1938 in Biên Hòa, Việt Nam to Lê Vân Nhâm and Nguyễn Thị Thêm, she is predeceased by late husband of 58 years, Hung Lam Nguy (Ngụy Lâm Hưng).Thiet, known as Chị Sáu or Má Sáu to her friends and relatives, had a green thumb and could grow anything anywhere. She was an energetic, generous, and adventurous spirit who survived the many conflicts in Vietnam from childhood on, who dedicated her life to her ten children, her late husband, and 16 grandchildren, and who was very proud of her family and believed in them very much.Survivors include her four sons Kevin, Vincent, Phil, and Shawn, her six daughters, Ann, Minnie, Tonica, Terry, Dawn, and Van, her eight grandsons and eight granddaughters, her sons-in-law, Sanh, Dong, Gene, Andy, Ben, Anthony, her daughters-in-law, Dianne, Chi, Lily, Tram, her beloved younger sister and husband, Vicki and Edward Yeomans, of Texas, her baby sister in LA, her 3 sisters in Vietnam, and her dog, Little Bear.
