It is with great sadness that we regretfully announce the passing of Kulwinder Singh. Kulwinder was born on February 28, 1986 in India and passed on September in Stockton, California at the age of 35. Services will be held at Chapel of the Chimes Memorial Park and Funeral home in Hayward, California prior to cremation at Chapel of the Chimes.
