Kay Eleanor Franke's Obituary
Kay E. Franke, 71 passed away at San Leandro Hospital on Monday, October 14, 2002. Kay was born to Yvonne F. and Edmund L. Franke, Sr. in Oakland, California on April 26, 1931. She was an accomplished artist, photographer and long-standing service in the Insurance Business. She worked for Ropama Inc. in San Leandro, California. She was a member of San Leandro Art Association, Photo Central and Hayward Arts Council. She was the co-founder of Phantom Art Gallery in Hayward, California.Her beloved brothers, survive Kay Ed L. Franke, Jr. of Hathaway Pines, California and Alan R. Franke of Highlands Ranch, Colorado. Her dear uncle, Norman P.
