I grew up across the street from the Snyder family, and Cindy and I were pregnant at the same time. Justyn was born just two weeks after my daughter. After we moved to Fremont, we were surprised to find that my daughter and Justyn attended the same school and remained friends over the years.
Our family is deeply saddened by your loss, and we are sending our heartfelt condolences to you, Cindy, Rich, Diane, and Sandy. Wishing you strength and comfort during this difficult time.
Justyn and I were childhood friends, he lived across the street from me and it wasn’t long until we grew close and I’d find myself always at his house. We played outside together all the time until his family felt like mine. I’d go with his family to weekend getaways and celebrate birthdays, to going to school together in the morning. These memories are how I’ll always remember Justyn. Always smiling and always goofy and happy, he will be missed more than I can explain. It’s just been a blessing being able to know him and have such special memories with him over the years!
Justyn and I had grandparents who lived across the street from each other, and our moms grew up as neighbors. We met when we were young, attended the same school as teenagers, and later, as adults, lived just a block apart.
Losing Justyn is a loss for everyone. He touched so many lives with his kindness, humor, and positivity. When I recently lost my grandmother, Justyn shared words of support that I’ll always remember as a reflection of his compassion.
I met Justyn for the first time in high school in a construction rop class. He was always so fun to be around and always willing to help out during group projects. One of my early core memories with Justyn was playing hide and seek in class while one of the kids who was “It” had a taser and would try to find us. Throughout the years Justyn and I kept in touch every now and then whether it was to go shooting, riding motorcycles or just checking in when we would see each other’s instagram posts. My last memory with Justyn was riding out to Story Coffee Co in Livermore and sitting down to catch up eating sugar waffles and drinking our coffees. He talked about his hiking adventures, his Hawaii trip, and his motorcycles. To Justyns family I’m very sorry for your loss and thank you for raising such a genuine soul. Justyn thank you for being such a good friend.
