Julio Cesar Flores, 55, of Union City, CA, passed away on Tuesday, December 6th, 2016 in Fremont, CA.Julio Cesar Flores was born in Managua, Nicaragua to Julio Cesar Silva and Lilliam Silva Moreira on January, 14th, 1961. He went to school at Colegio Bautista. He attended Universidad Centro Americana (UCA). He worked as a Real Estate Agent for Bayview Residential. He helped many families realize their dreams of owning a home.Julio is preceded in death by his Godfather – Jorge Alberto Flores and his Brother Noel Ernesto Silva.Julio is survived by his Daughters – Enith Calcagno and Julie Flores, Sisters – Anielka Silva, Jackeline Silva, Yonaira Bell, and Saskia Silva; Parents – Julio Cesar Silva and Lilliam Silva Moreira; Granddaughter Camilla Elizabeth Calcagno, and several nieces and nephews.Everyone who knew Julio knows he was the life of the party, whether or not it was a party it would end up that way with him there. Between telling jokes, dancing, and his love to grill, he had a way to make everyone laugh, feel loved, and leave with a happy belly. Julio really saw the world as one big family, and lived his life as such. Julio is already truly missed, but we know his spirit is happy and free, reuniting with loved ones in a truly magical place. Julio’s family wishes to extend their sincere gratitude to his dear friend / brother, Will Ahmadi, and all family / friends who have shown a tremendous amount of support during this difficult time.Viewing will be Saturday, December 10th, 2016 from 5pm – 9pm at Chapel of the Chimes, Hayward, CA.Funeral services will be held at 10:00am, Sunday, December 11th, 2016 at Chapel of the Chimes, Hayward, CA. Reception to follow at Century House & Garden, Fremont, CA.
