It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Judy Laura Bernardino. Judy was born on October 8, 1928 in Oklahoma, and passed away on February 26, 2022 in Auburn, CA.
She will be greatly missed by all her family and friends. We ask that you keep them in your thoughts during this difficult time
It is with great sadness that the family of Judy Bernardino announces her passing on February 26, 2022, at the age of 93 years. Judy was surrounded by family when she departed this earth, to be welcomed home to the Lord in Heaven.
Judy was full of life and beloved by so many including her husband Louis Bernardino (preceded by death) and daughter Linda Lou Sanders and son-in-law Michael Sanders (preceded by death). She was known as the “fun grandma” by Julie (Mark) Everson, Sara (preceded by death), and Amanda (Jason Burkhead) and great-grandchildren Emily, Liam, Charlotte (Everson) and Jackson (Burkhead).
Judy was born October 8, 1928, in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma to Benjamin Franklin House and Elizabeth Sara (preceded by death), brothers Milford, Carl and John (all preceded by death) and survived by sister Nellie Philbrick. She was loved by countless nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Judy was a free-spirit and enjoyed cooking, singing, dancing, gardening, and painting.
Services will be held at Chapel of the Chimes in Hayward, California on March 26, 2022, and laid to rest alongside her beloved husband immediately following.
