Joy Tapelu's Obituary
It is with great sadness that we regretfully announce the passing of Joy Tapelu. Joy was born on May 10, 1988 in Samoa and passed on August 5, 2022 in California at the age of 34. Burial services will be held at Chapel of the Chimes Memorial Park. Prior to Burial services will be held at the family's Church in Hayward. Please keep the Tapelu family in your thoughts and prayers during this hard time.
