Ma'am Jack, my teacher, mentor, a very supportive quiz bee coach. I remember, she will review me in preparation for quiz bee (while my friends were playing under the big acacia tree), but she will give me break to play. I could hear her saying; "Sige na nga makipag laro ka muna." I will miss her. ❤️"kikinduton koy saw singit muyo" I could hear her voice. Jeck, your mom shared her love to us❤️. I love you ma'am Jack. Thank you po ma'am for waiting to see you last June 2024. Until we see each other again! Rest in peace po ma'am.

Thank you for being more than just a teacher to me—you’ve been a mentor, a guide, and a true inspiration. You taught me lessons that went far beyond the walls of the classroom. Through your passion, I learned to love and appreciate the beauty of traditional Filipino folk dances, each step connecting me more deeply to our culture and roots.
But perhaps what makes my memories with you even more special is how you brought life and laughter into the everyday—especially over a good game of mahjong. You didn’t just teach me how to play; you taught me strategy, quick thinking, and how to read a room just like I’d read my tiles. Those lessons will stick with me for a lifetime.
