We are extremely heartbroken to hear of Joe’s passing. Our condolences go out to his family and partner. I remember when Joe and I were so close when we were young and when we lived in philadelphia and then we lost touch when he moved to california as a teenager with his family. I finally found my cousin about a year ago online along with other cousins and I was so grateful to have found them. Now I find out he has passed away and we are very saddened by his passing.
