I can say, that I am going to miss the constant What ? What ? What? That was three! He had the ability to get everyone that walk to you to smile. Then he would ask their middle name. I was surprised how many people would tell him. I should have wrote more notes on the stories that he would tell. My favorite Jim story was when the 2 of them met in the elevator. Jim was coming up in the Hospital elevator to see his Father in Law. One of Johnnie’s young brothers. Uncle started off with the above. Then said who are you here to see? Jim replied with my father-in-law, Jim. My Uncle said that funny I am here to see my brother Jim. It took a bit but yes, they were both going up to see the same person. Except Uncle did not know which floor so he was riding the elevator. When the doors opened on the wrong floor. A lady waiting yelled out, Tootsie I found Johnnie. So Jim said he would get him to the correct floor and room to see his brother. That was a week of woundering if he would be riding the elevator.
