Jocelyne Pablo Locquiao's Obituary
Jocelyne Pablo Locquiao (Age 60) born on August 30, 1963, passed away peacefully in her home on December 4, 2023 with her two daughters by her side. Jocelyne is survived by her Two Daughters: Riolyne and Robyne Domine; Father: Jorge Locquiao; and Five Sisters: Imelda Beltran (Adolfo), Juelly Gracia (Emilio), Jane Martin (Lance), Juliet Oliver (David), and Jolinda Phipps (Anthony).
Jocelyne was born in Manila, Philippines, and immigrated to the United States at the age of 13. Jocelyne loved to cook, bake, travel, and play on the 25 cents Wheel of Fortune Slots for fun. Most importantly, she enjoyed taking care of others, and putting them first. She had a contagious laugh and smile, which brought joy to everyone around her. She always wanted the best for her family and ensured everyone was taken care of. This was demonstrated by her sacrifice and commitment to be a mother first, and raise two successful daughters. Riolyne has been serving in The United States Air Force since 2009 as a Security Forces Member with the rank of E-6/Technical Sergeant. This year of 2023, Robyne obtained her license as a Registered Nurse, and was previously working as a Licensed Vocational Nurse since 2015. Despite being diagnosed with Frontotemporal Dementia in 2019, Riolyne and Robyne are a true testament of Jocelyne’s resilience as a devoted mother, and she could not be any more proud of their accomplishments.
Jocelyne will always be remembered as a loving daughter, mother, sister, auntie, and friend to those who cherished her most. She will be dearly missed.
