I really love my Mother-In-law!
She was so open and honest. She was a straight forward person. She would let you know exactly how she felt. She was a fun loving person and could make you laugh. I remember while she was visiting us for about a month, she would be eating our Vegan foods. I remember I made her some garbanzo bean tuna salad. She kept asking us how we put the tuna in it. I kept saying taste like tuna but there is no tuna in it at all ,
she loved the taste. She had me cracking up. We had a similar occurrence with our homemade Tofu scrambled eggs, another funny episode.
