Joan Peters, 75 of Manteca CA, passed away September 27,2018. She was born in Oakland CA, on April 2,1943. Joan graduated from San Leandro High. She was married to Biu Paiva. Joan worked many years at Simmons Mattress. She had a passion for her cats. She is survived by many nieces and nephews and sister Barbara August. Funeral arrangements will be held at 12:00 pm, October 13, 2018 at Georgian Manor Clubhouse.
