Jimmy C. Sotelo's Obituary
Jim C. Sotelo, 54, passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by family on July 19th, 2017. Jim was a loving husband, father, brother, son, uncle, and friend. Jim grew up in Oakland, Ca. and was actively involved in the community through the San Leandro Boys Club for many years. Jim served for the U.S. Postal Service for 30 years in San Leandro as a well-known mail carrier, making friends with everyone he came in contact with. Jim was diagnosed with cancer one year before his passing, fought the toughest fight, and will be dearly missed by many. Jim is survived by his loving wife, Carol Sotelo, and had just celebrated 30 years of marriage in March. Jim is also survived by their 3 kids, Jimmy Jr., Alyssa, and Enrique.
