Jennie M. Martinez, 98, of Union City, CA, passed away May 8, 2019.She was born in Patterson, CA on March 30, 1921. Jennie worked as a dietitian for Majestic Pines Convalescent Hospital. She loved crocheting to pass her time as well.She is survived by her only daughter, Frances Lenzi; grandson Richard Lenzi Jr.; granddaughters Carmen Marquez and Michelle Nava, great grandchildren Ramon, Richie, Raquel, Gabriel, Monique, Andrew, Dominic, Selena, Larissa, Angelina, Janessa, Alonzo, and 6 great-great grandchildren.Jennie was preceded in death by her parents, Carmen and Jose Soto, her husband Joe L. Hernandez; her husband John Martinez of whom she was married to for the last 37 years; her brother, Albert Soto, and her sisters, Mary and Tillie.
