My memories of Jean are beautiful, she had a smile on her that would make you smile back. Jean was a very caring person always thinking of others then her self. She cared about her self and took great care of her self. Its just those small things that turn into big surprises from Jean. As I got closer to Jean and as the years passed I got the opportunity to grow with her. Her accomplishments her disappointments when she was sad and when she was happy I was the one she would call and we would talk for hours on the phone or meet up at her favorite place “Star bucks” coffee shop. I love the late hours conversations, we would call each other in the late hours about 11 pm chat until wee hours, sometimes just to talk. I just love that part of our friendship the phone conversations. Jean’s relationship with my kids were just as awesome too, Ryan was very protective over Jean in many ways and Jennifer just loved Jean, who couldn’t. jean’s very caring damneder spread like a wild fire once your lit you have to follow her. And Jean’s loving care about her husband John she did so many things for him, I don’t think he knew what she did before she left for her treatments down south, Jean was always worried that John wasn’t being taken care of so that was her first plan of action “take care of her husband” Jean’s faith in God was awesome her views, her beliefs and what she did with it, She followed Christ words in the Bible, Jean took every step with God and believed in everything God said. I loved to make her laugh, when she was upset and when she cried I held her tight and told her God is with you and I am here to help you. I can’t imagine how scared she was to find out that she was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. I felt really sad when I heard that news. Jean took action right away she had a hysterectomy and thought we had got rid of it all, but we did not. There is a lot more to the story but I just thought I would share a little bit of an awesome women that I had the pleasure of knowing. My Best friend, my sister and my sister in Christ.##imported-begin##Debbie Richardson##imported-end##
